About the role

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Global Marketing Team and drive international lead generation across multiple markets.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns that support IT Park Uzbekistan's strategic objectives, including attracting international IT companies, startups, investors, technology professionals, and participants for ecosystem programs and events.

You will work closely with creative, analytics, CRM, and business development teams to develop high-performing acquisition campaigns, improve marketing efficiency, and identify new growth opportunities across global markets.

What you will do

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across:
    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    • LinkedIn Ads
    • X (Twitter) Ads
    • TikTok Ads
    • Telegram Ads
    • Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
    • Other relevant advertising platforms
  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
  • Identify growth opportunities and recommend scaling strategies

Performance Optimization

  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize:
    • Audience targeting
    • Ad creatives
    • Landing pages
    • Bidding strategies
    • Conversion funnels
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators including:
    • Cost Per Lead (CPL)
    • Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
    • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
    • Conversion Rate (CVR)
    • Click-Through Rate (CTR)
    • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Analytics & Attribution

  • Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations for department leadership
  • Ensure accurate attribution and campaign measurement using:
    • Google Analytics 4
    • Google Tag Manager
    • Meta Pixel
    • LinkedIn Insight Tag
    • Conversion APIs
  • Collaborate with web and technical teams on tracking implementation and measurement accuracy

Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative teams to develop effective advertising creatives
  • Provide creative briefs based on audience insights and campaign objectives
  • Evaluate creative performance and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with CRM, Analytics, and Business Development teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness

Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct competitor and industry analysis
  • Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies
  • Identify new advertising channels and audience acquisition opportunities in international markets

What we expect

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns
  • Proven experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other major advertising platforms
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Advanced Google Sheets skills
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and customer journeys
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and performance targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Language proficiency in English: IELTS 6+ or equivalent (strictly required)
