Are you a strong communicator who knows how to convert leads into clients? Do you enjoy working with people, building trust, and helping students start their international education journey? FINO is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Sales
— Handle inbound leads and communicate with prospective students via phone calls, Telegram, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
— Conduct timely and structured follow-ups to convert leads into enrolled students.
— Identify student needs and recommend suitable study destinations, universities, and programs.
— Maintain strong communication throughout the sales funnel and address objections professionally.

CRM & Pipeline Management
— Work actively with CRM systems to manage leads and track sales progress.
— Keep lead information updated and ensure proper pipeline movement.
— Monitor follow-up schedules and maintain high response speed.

Client Communication
— Build strong relationships with students and parents.
— Provide excellent consultation and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

— Previous sales experience is strongly preferred (education, consulting, service, or similar fields).
— Strong Russian, English and Uzbek language communication skills (spoken and written).
— Experience working with CRM systems is preferred.
— Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
— Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
— Result-oriented, proactive, and responsible approach to work.
— Experience in education consulting is an advantage but not mandatory.
