We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll help resolve inquiries, gather feedback, deal with complex cases, and keep track of support interactions.
You will be responsible for
• Providing timely and effective support to customers in various communication channels (email, phone, chat)
• Assisting with complex cases in a timely and professional manner
• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate logs of support interactions
• Collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality support and customer satisfaction
You might be a fit if you have
• Strong written and verbal skills in English and Maghrebi Arabic
• A personal laptop or desktop with stable internet and power supply (including backup)
• The ability to work in a team and support your colleagues
• A willingness to learn and develop professional skills
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
It'd be a plus if you:
• Have 6+ months of experience in customer support
