YOUR WORK-LIFE OPPORTUNITY:

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be a key driver of Glovo’s growth, building a strong pipeline and onboarding top local stores and corporate clients.

Working alongside our Commercial team, you will partner with both independent and major brands to expand our platform's offerings. You will achieve this with the full support of a dedicated Sales team and a local Head of Sales.

BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:

  • Secure key partnerships with top-accounts, ensuring alignment with global company goals;

  • Build long-term relationships and facilitate a seamless, fast onboarding process for new partners;

  • Maintain an accurate pipeline, keeping data updated on a daily basis;

  • Drive country revenue and profitability, ensuring all commercial deals meet required financial targets;

  • Collaborate actively with peers in a supportive environment designed for mutual growth, development, and high impact.

YOU HAVE:

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience; established industry contacts are a strong plus:

  • Full professional fluency in both the local languages and English;

  • A natural hunter mentality - relentless, driven, and always hungry for the next big win;

  • A proven track record of consistently overachieving sales targets;

  • A resilient, "make-it-happen" attitude - you thrive on challenges and embody the "Impossible" is not Glovo mindset;

  • A methodical fast learner who is comfortable with CRM and data tools (Salesforce, Looker, etc.);

  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a major plus;

  • A Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, PR, or a related field is preferred;

  • An empathetic, inclusive, and curious mindset.
