As a growing data engineering outsourcing company, we are expanding into international markets and looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help us build long-term partnerships with clients from the US and Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Find and attract international clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels
  • Manage cold outreach campaigns and lead generation processes
  • Handle the full sales cycle — from first contact to contract signing
  • Maintain and manage leads in CRM systems
  • Contribute to sales strategy and business growth initiatives


Requirements:

  • 1–2+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in IT or outsourcing sales is a strong advantage
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher (written and spoken)
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Pipedrive
  • Understanding of data engineering, ETL, analytics, or related technical services
  • Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented mindset


Nice to have:

  • Experience selling Data/IT services
  • Familiarity with outreach tools such as Apollo, Lemlist, or Instantly
  • Active LinkedIn networking and an established professional network
