As a growing data engineering outsourcing company, we are expanding into international markets and looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help us build long-term partnerships with clients from the US and Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Find and attract international clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels
- Manage cold outreach campaigns and lead generation processes
- Handle the full sales cycle — from first contact to contract signing
- Maintain and manage leads in CRM systems
- Contribute to sales strategy and business growth initiatives
Requirements:
- 1–2+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience in IT or outsourcing sales is a strong advantage
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher (written and spoken)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Pipedrive
- Understanding of data engineering, ETL, analytics, or related technical services
- Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented mindset
Nice to have:
- Experience selling Data/IT services
- Familiarity with outreach tools such as Apollo, Lemlist, or Instantly
- Active LinkedIn networking and an established professional network
