Teaching Assistant (Primary school)

We are seeking to recruit a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Teaching Assistant for the 2026–2027 academic year, which will commence on 3 August 2026.

Candidates are expected to possess a commitment to creating and managing a caring, supportive, purposeful, and stimulating learning environment which is conducive to children’s learning. Candidates should also be able to adapt to new cultures and environments easily.

What will you do?

• Work under the guidance of the teacher and VPs to support the teaching and learning activities in the classroom;

• Provide general support to the class teacher in the management and organization of pupil(s) at the school;

• Assist the teacher in creating and maintaining a purposeful, orderly, and supportive learning environment;

• Promote the inclusion of all pupils, ensuring they have equal opportunities to learn and develop;

• Supervise children during lunch breaks;

• Supervise children during breaks and playtime on the playground;

• Possess a creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom;

• Present excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work collaboratively with staff, students, and Parents;

• Be an active presence in the school;

Our requirements:

• A teaching diploma is required;

• At least 1 year of teaching experience;

• Ability to work with native and non-native speakers of English;

• Fluency in English is a must;

• Excellent lifelong learning skills;

• Excellent organizational and time management skills;

• Strong communication skills;

• High sense of responsibility and flexibility;
