• Compensation & benefits – salary grades, KPIs, bonus schemes
• Onboarding & adaptation – induction, probation period tracking
• Performance management – appraisal and evaluation process
• Learning & development – training and development plans
• Employee relations – engagement, discipline, retention
• HR reporting – headcount, turnover, payroll cost control

• Requirements:
• Proven experience in HR process design, strong leadership skills, and an English-speaking background
• HR process design and implementation
• Recruitment, performance management, and compensation systems
• HR policies, labor law compliance
• Leadership and change management
• HR analytics and reporting

General Requirements:

• Fluent English & Uzbek (Russian is a strong plus).

• Experience in international or large industrial companies (e.g., EPC, Energy, FMCG).

• Proactive mindset, high integrity, and readiness to work on-site in Shirin.
