Negotiate with the Agency responsible for the development of promotional products. Supervise the production, timely delivery of promotional products.
Collect information about the activities of partners and competitors, control the implementation of promotional and PR activities of the Company, understanding the needs of key direct and indirect partners in the product category.
Evaluate the effectiveness of launched projects. Collect, process and analyze information based on the results of monitoring points of sale. Analyze competitors' trade marketing activities and consumer behavior.
Support marketing campaigns to promote and launch new products at points of sale throughout the country.
Design of special zones and structures;
Responsibility and control over merchandising.
Requirements:
MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point)
At least 2-3 years of experience on position of Retail Head
Experience with market research methodologies, consumer insights analysis, and sales performance evaluation
Fluent knowledge of English, Russian and Uzbek languages
