HumbleBee AI develops AI, computer vision, automation, and enterprise AI products for clients across Uzbekistan and international markets. We work with startups, enterprises, government-adjacent organizations, and global clients across sectors such as security, retail, aviation, healthcare, fintech, and operations automation.
We are now looking for a Technical Sales Lead who can help us sell HumbleBeeAI products and solutions not only in Uzbekistan, but also across international markets.
This is not a junior sales role. We are looking for someone who already knows how to sell, communicate with business clients, understand client problems, and convert opportunities into paid contracts.
Role
You will lead sales conversations for HumbleBeeAI and related AI products, identify strong-fit clients, explain the value of our solutions, and help close deals together with our technical and leadership teams.
The role requires both commercial confidence and enough technical understanding to speak clearly about AI, automation, computer vision, and software products.
Responsibilities
- Find, qualify, and manage potential clients in Uzbekistan and international markets
- Lead sales calls and client meetings
- Understand client needs and translate them into clear business opportunities
- Present HumbleBeeAI product value clearly to business and technical stakeholders
- Work with the technical team to prepare proposals, scopes, and commercial offers
- Maintain follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline
- Build long-term relationships with enterprise, government, and startup clients
- Help improve our sales process, pitch materials, and market positioning
- Focus on closing real paid contracts, not just generating meetings
Requirements
- Proven hands-on sales experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, software, IT, AI, automation, or technical products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to sell to business owners, executives, enterprise clients, and technical stakeholders
- Good understanding of technology products or willingness to quickly understand AI and computer vision use cases
- Strong Russian language skills — many paying clients in Uzbekistan communicate in Russian
- Uzbek language — required for local market communication
- English at B2 level or higher — required for internal communication and international clients
- Self-driven, responsible, and comfortable working with commission-based compensation
- Ability to work independently without needing basic sales training
Nice to Have
- Experience selling IT outsourcing, SaaS, AI, computer vision, automation, ERP, or enterprise software
- Existing network in Uzbekistan business, enterprise, government, or international startup markets
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Experience closing deals above $10k–$50k
- Understanding of AI, ML, cameras, smart monitoring, workplace analytics, or video intelligence products
