Government Business Sales Director

Duties:

  • Implement and drive the company’s sales strategy in the Gov. Industry, ensuring achievement of assigned business targets.

  • Develop and execute market expansion strategies within the Gov. sector.

  • Build deep understanding of customer needs, conduct customer analysis, and review business plans.

  • Coordinate organizational resources and ensure effective allocation to high-value customers and key projects.

  • Oversee standardized account operations, including business planning, customer relationship management, and major project execution.

  • Set business objectives for top-tier Gov. customers, monitor the business process, identify business risks and implement corrective actions to ensure target achievement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the ICT industry or banking sector.

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, key account management, or financial industry solutions.

  • Strong understanding of banking customers, financial industry processes, and enterprise solution sales.

  • Experience working with large enterprise or financial institution clients.

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

  • High level of responsibility, result-oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Proficiency in English (interview will be conducted in English).

Work Conditions:

  • Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
  • Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
  • Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
  • Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
  • Probation period: 3 months.
  • Working language: Russian/English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
  • Monthly mobile allowance.
