Compliance Manager / Lawyer

Requirements for candidates

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 2+ years of professional legal experience.
• Hands-on experience in Fintech industry or payment systems is considered as advantage.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to draft, review and analyse legal documents and regulatory materials.

Job description

• Drafting, reviewing and amending commercial agreements (B2B, suppliers, partners, service providers).
• Supporting day-to-day legal matters and internal business requests.
• Assisting with regulatory compliance matters, including licensing-related and operational requirements.
• Preparing legal opinions and summaries on regulatory and operational issues.
• Monitoring changes in applicable legislation (AML, data protection) and assessing their impact on business activities.
• Supporting contract lifecycle management and maintaining legal documentation.
• Assisting with communications with regulators, external advisors and counterparties.
• Supporting internal policies, procedures and compliance documentation.
