We empower iGaming operators to enhance VIP player retention through physical Gifting and Concierge (electronics, luxury gift sets and experiences). As we scale, we are looking for a key Business Developer to build our sales function across the EU and CIS markets.
Responsibilities:
• Independently drive and scale B2B business development within the iGaming segment (EU, CIS)
• Identify, engage, and acquire iGaming operators with VIP player segment
• Drive the full sales cycle: from lead generation to deal closure
• Analyze current sales processes, suggest improvements and growth opportunities
• Contribute to company visibility by writing and posting B2B content
• Represent the company at international industry conferences and events (e.g., ICE, Sigma)
Requirements:
• Proven B2B sales experience with iGaming clients (operators/platforms)
• Proven track record of reaching, engaging and closing deals with iGaming stakeholders
• Expertise in long sales cycles and successful management of high-ticket B2B contracts
• Self-driven and proactive mindset
• Fluent English and Russian
Nice to have:
• Existing network in iGaming
• Experience attending industry events (ICE, Sigma, etc.)
• Knowledge of CRM/VIP and player retention mechanics
