Project Manager (Operations & Execution)

About the Company
We are building a fast-growing international BPO/managed operations company for the US market (Healthcare, E-commerce, Customer Support, Back-office Operations).

We are looking for a strong Project Manager who can bring structure, execution, accountability, and speed into the team.

This is NOT a “task coordinator” role.
We need someone who can push projects forward, control deadlines, organize people, and make things happen.

Responsibilities
* Control execution of tasks and projects across teams
* Set and track deadlines
* Follow up with team members and ensure accountability
* Organize workflows and operational processes
* Run weekly/daily sync meetings
* Identify blockers and push projects forward
* Track project progress and report statuses
* Help implement KPI and operational control systems
* Coordinate between operations, marketing, product, and management

Requirements
* Strong project management and execution skills
* Ability to work in fast-moving startup environment
* Strong ownership mentality
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Able to push people and keep momentum
* Experience with task/project management systems
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* English communication skills preferred

Will Be a Plus
* Experience in BPO / Operations / E-commerce / Startups
* Experience building processes from scratch
* Experience with Google Workspace, ClickUp, Notion, Jira, Bitrix, or similar tools

Important
This role is for someone who likes execution, speed, responsibility, and operational management.

We are NOT looking for someone who only updates Jira boards or waits for instructions.
