Duties:
- Manage IT/OT programs and projects in alignment with company standards, business objectives, and industry best practices.
- Lead project planning, budgeting, risk management, resource allocation, and execution to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and cost constraints.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and business units to achieve strategic goals and maintain effective communication.
- Monitor project performance, provide transparent reporting, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Analyze business and technical requirements, evaluate solution options, and oversee solution design, testing, and implementation.
- Ensure high-quality IT/OT service delivery with a strong focus on user support, operational continuity, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while driving continuous improvement and maximizing business value and ROI.
- Mentor project teams and ensure compliance with project management methodologies, governance, and quality standards.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical fields.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate in formal business environments.
- Understanding of OT, networks and communication systems, business applications, and IT infrastructure; general knowledge of IT processes including change management, incident management, service management, asset and configuration management, knowledge management, capacity management, release and deployment management, and service portfolio management.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Project 2010–2013.
Experience:
- More than 5 years of experience in IT/OT infrastructure, support, management, business application development, and/or infrastructure consulting.
- More than 5 years of project management experience.
- Proven experience delivering IT/OT projects end-to-end in complex environments.
- Experience managing projects with budgets of USD 3 million or higher.
Certifications:
- Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or IPMA (Levels A, B, or C) certification.
- Preferred: Scrum Master certification.
