Sales Manager

Our client-company is Aman Expedite. It is a California-based moving company that helps people and businesses move safely and smoothly.

We provide moving services across California, mainly in Sacramento and nearby cities. Our team helps customers with packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and placing items at the new location.

We are looking for an experienced *Remote Sales Manager* who is strong at selling by phone.

Most of the leads are incoming requests from people who are already interested in moving services. Your main job is to speak with customers, understand their needs, explain our service, build trust, and close the sale.

This role is a good fit for someone who knows how to sell, can confidently handle phone conversations, and is motivated by results.

## Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from potential customers
* Communicate with leads by phone, text, and messengers
* Understand customer needs and explain our moving services
* Provide pricing information or help prepare estimates
* Follow up with leads and turn inquiries into booked moves
* Keep communication clear, friendly, and professional
* Help existing customers with basic questions when needed

Most of the role is focused on sales. Occasionally, you may help with simple customer service questions, but the main goal is to close deals.

## Requirements

* Strong phone sales experience
* Fluent or very strong English
* Ability to build trust quickly with customers
* Good communication and follow-up skills
* Experience in sales, customer service, call center, moving, logistics, or home services is a plus
* Ability to work remotely and stay organized
* Availability to work during California business hours

## Schedule

* Remote work
* 5 days per week
* 6 days per week is possible if desired
* California time zone

## Compensation

*$2,000 – $5,000 per month*

Compensation includes a fixed base plus performance-based bonuses. Final income depends on experience, schedule, and sales results.
