What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Manage the Fintech project with engagement in technical aspects and close collaboration with the engineering team;
• Work with the customer's expectations aligning with the product goals and quality of deliverables;
• Work with payment clearing schemes and networks on areas requiring certification, such as evidencing operational processes and implementing security standards;
• Continuous proactive risk management which covers a wide landscape of various risk sources that may impact a financial organization;
• Drive effective communication both strategic and operational;
• Work with client-focus metrics;
• Analyze, plan, and implement strategic initiatives.

You Definitely Fit The Job If You:

• Have 5+ years of experience in Project Management;
• Have experience with FinTech projects. In-depth understanding of fintech industry trends, regulations, and best practices;
• Have experience in working as a Business Analyst or/and Product Owner is essential;
• Have experience in working with complex and high-risk solutions;
• Have excellent communication skills, able to communicate confidently with internal stakeholders and external parties such as BaaS fintech partners, auditors or regulators;
• Speak and write English fluently (up from C1 level).

It Will Be Nice If You:

• Have experience as a software developer;
• Have international certifications in Project Management.
