Project Manager

Weby Corp is a fast-growing company specializing in e-commerce, retail, warehouse and transportation logistics, and accounting.

We are planning to expand our team in the near future and are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and oversee multiple projects running in parallel. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional teams, coordinating efforts between experts, and ensuring efficient project execution. The role requires excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills to facilitate collaboration between distributed teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Quickly understand project context and engage with subject matter experts to organize and manage appropriate working groups.
2. Decompose projects into milestones, tasks, and dependencies to ensure structured execution.
3. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and roadmaps to track progress and identify risks.
4. Define and implement resource planning strategies to optimize team productivity.
5. Proactively identify bottlenecks, conflicts, and risks, proposing solutions to mitigate project delays.
6. Facilitate collaboration between teams in Belarus and the US, ensuring seamless communication and execution.

Preferred Experience:

1. Proven experience in project management within IT, e-commerce, logistics, or related fields.
2. Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies (we are following iterative kanban).
3. Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
4. Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or analogs.
5. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
7. Experience with resource allocation and workforce planning.
8. Ability to translate business objectives into actionable tasks and milestones.
