We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented PLSM who will drive the successful introduction and growth of Lorgar and Simagic products across партнерской сети. This role combines product launch coordination, supply chain management, and sales support, ensuring efficient replenishment processes, accurate forecasting, and strong alignment with business goals.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, managing priorities across multiple stakeholders, and turning analytics into actionable decisions. You will play a key role in optimizing assortment strategy, monitoring KPIs and sell-through performance, supporting partners with regular replenishment planning, and ensuring all product initiatives are aligned with the company’s Sales Handbook and commercial strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Active sales of LORGAR and Simagic products to Specialist stores and CE Retail Chains
- Defining sales strategy, pricing and brand promotion of Lorgar/Simagic products in KZ and Central Asia region
- Sales plan implementation and achievement of goals according to KPIs
- Development and implementation of an approach to distribution, assortment, and pricing across sales channels
- Candidates are expected to specialize in pricing for their assigned product category.
- Collaboration on pricing, discounts and rebates – solid understanding of Foodchain's in Kazakhstan and Central Asian market
- Collecting sales forecast and planning sales
- Developing relationships with new and existing retail customers
- Negotiations with clients
- Organization and execution of shipments of goods
- Development, approval and implementation of promotional offers
- Control over weekly supply replenishment to partners and aggregated to local distribution stock.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or category management within consumer electronics, gaming, or related industries
- Proven experience working with retail chains, specialist stores, and distribution partners in Kazakhstan and Central Asia
- Strong understanding of sales strategy development, pricing, assortment management, and brand promotion
- Experience managing pricing policies, discounts, rebates, and promotional activities across different sales channels
- Knowledge of local market specifics, distribution models, and supply chain processes in the Kazakhstan and Central Asia region
- Hands-on experience with sales forecasting, demand planning, and KPI-driven sales management
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with both new and existing clients
- Ability to coordinate shipments, stock replenishment, and maintain healthy distribution inventory levels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with sales data, market trends, and performance metrics
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
- English proficiency sufficient for business communication and reporting
- Willingness to travel within the region if required
