We are looking for an active and communicative specialist who knows how to build long-term relationships with clients, and wants to grow in the iGaming industry.
What you’ll do:
Communication with clients by phone and email, product support.
Client retention and development of long-term relationships.
Work in CRM, reporting, coordination with other departments, and client support.
Working according to scripts, process improvement, and KPI achievement.
What we expect:
Strong English skills (B2+; C1 is a plus).
Knowledge of German, Spanish, or Portuguese at B2+ level is a strong advantage.
Experience in a call center, consulting, or customer service;
Confident computer skills.
Attention to detail, empathy, positivity, and a helpful attitude.
Valid work authorization for Belarus.
