Internet Marketing Specialist
You will be working on a product within our ecosystem, with a strong focus on growing the product website from strategy to hands-on execution and measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Own and develop the website as a key user acquisition channel
- Identify and implement ideas to increase traffic, sign-ups, and conversions
- Analyze user behavior and identify bottlenecks in the funnel
- Optimize the entire user journey (landing pages, onboarding, key pages)
- Generate and prioritize growth hypotheses
- Run A/B tests and implement improvements
- Launch and test acquisition channels (paid, organic, partnerships, etc.)
- Work on website content, structure, and positioning
Requirements:
- Excellent written English (near-native level) is required. Your skills will be assessed during a live online test.
- 2+ years of experience in growth / performance / product marketing
- Understanding of how products grow through websites (traffic → conversion → retention)
- Hands-on experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Experience running A/B tests and working with hypotheses
- Ability to work independently and take ownership from idea to execution
