Account Manager at Design Lab

HYPERVSN is looking for a talented Design Lab Account Manager who will be responsible for day-to-day customer communication and relationship management to provide the best execution of external and internal requests.

From our global HQ in London, HYPERVSN services our partners and customers across the globe. Targeted business sectors include Digital Signage, Retail, Events, Education, Public Safety and many others.

HYPERVSN Design Lab is an internal creative team of talented designers and managers producing high quality 3D content for clients worldwide. We work for well-known brands creating mesmerizing visual content for their initiatives.

Requirements:

• Fluent English, both spoken and written
• At least 2 years of Account Management and Clients Communication working internationally
• Experience in creative agency or production house is preferable
• Exceptional accuracy and focus on every detail
• Interest in 3D and motion design, CG and innovations

Responsibilities:

• Serving as the lead point of contact for customers and customer related matters
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, assistance with challenging client requests
• Negotiation of contracts and agreements closure, issuing invoices
• Ensuring the timely and successful communication on the project, collecting all the requirements and assets for production according to customer needs and objectives, update of the statuses and delivering commentaries exchange
• Collaboration with Sales teams to identify needs and opportunities within territory
• Price and competition research
• CRM management
• Conducting internal and external client presentations
