JOB OVERVIEW
We are launching a new Learning Center and are looking for a professional, well-organized, and communicative Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This role will be the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, instructors, and partners. The ideal candidate will manage daily front office activities, provide clear information about our courses, support student registration, and maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Front Office & Visitor Management: Welcome students, parents, instructors, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner; maintain a clean and presentable reception area.
- Student Inquiry & Communication: Respond to inquiries by phone, Telegram, email, and in person; provide general information about courses, schedules, prices, registration steps, and center policies.
- Registration & Student Support: Assist with student registration, check-ins, attendance tracking, and basic documentation; support students with questions about schedules, classrooms, and materials.
- Daily Operations Support: Manage classroom schedules, coordinate daily center activities, communicate schedule changes, and support instructors or guest speakers with basic operational needs.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of inquiries, student information, attendance, and internal notes; assist management with reports, lists, reminders, and basic documentation.
- Problem Solving & Escalation: Handle student or visitor concerns calmly and professionally; inform management about urgent issues, complaints, schedule conflicts, or operational problems.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 6+ months of experience in reception, front office, customer service, administration, or a similar role.
- Fluent English is required.
- Fluent Russian is required.
- Fluent Uzbek is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Telegram, and digital communication tools.
- Previous experience in a training center, school, education center, or customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Interest in education, student services, or logistics is a plus.
