About Us:
We are the team behind Baraka — Uzbekistan’s first official social card and mobile app designed to help citizens receive and manage their social benefits online. We are building a high-impact FinTech/GovTech ecosystem and are looking for a highly analytical Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.
If you are obsessed with data, unit economics, and building seamless user journeys that turn offline physical cardholders into daily active digital users, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive User Retention & CRM: Set up, manage, and optimize automated lifecycle campaigns (Push Notifications, SMS routing, and direct messaging) to increase engagement and MAU.
Optimize the Funnel: Map the complete user journey and identify exactly where users drop off between receiving their physical Baraka card and making their first digital transaction in the app.
Manage Paid Acquisition: Run and scale highly targeted campaigns across Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns (UAC), and Telegram Ads to drive app installs and activation.
Data-Driven Creative Briefing: Analyze ad performance and funnel metrics to tell our in-house design and video teams exactly what kind of creative assets need to be made next for A/B testing.
Track Unit Economics: Constantly calculate, monitor, and optimize core business metrics including CPI, CAC, LTV, and retention rates.
Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in Performance Marketing, CRM, or User Acquisition.
Mobile First: Deep, hands-on experience marketing a Mobile App is mandatory. Experience successfully converting physical/offline users to a digital app is a massive plus.
Industry Background: Previous experience in FinTech, GovTech, or Banking is highly preferred.
Technical Mastery: Strong proficiency with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Firebase, as well as modern CRM and lifecycle automation tools.
Analytical Mindset: You are obsessed with A/B testing and data-backed decisions. You care about real business metrics (CAC, LTV), not vanity metrics (likes/comments).
Languages: Uzbek (Native/Fully Fluent) is essential for localizing ad copy and understanding our regional user base. Russian (Fluent) is required for internal business communication and bilingual campaign execution.
