We are looking for a colleague for the HR team of the Minsk office to support the execution of HR activities and initiatives.

Work mode: hybrid office work mode (3 days from the office), Minsk office.

Responsibilities

  • Support and drive the execution of end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing day-to-day HR support and fostering strong working relationships.
  • Plan lead and execute corporate events and milestone celebrations
  • Lead the HR-related procurement (anniversaries gifts, services agreements, etc.)
  • Support, maintain, and continuously improve HR processes such as onboarding, engagement surveys, team health checks, retention programs, learning and development, and performance management
  • Lead and contribute to global HR projects, including employee experience initiatives, peer-to-peer recognition programs, and other cross-company efforts.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience as an HRBP or Generalist in an international IT environment
  • Striving for Excellence in any tasks
  • High proficiency in English (C1 level)
  • Proven experience using AI tools for HR purposes, with demonstrable business impact
  • Strong numerical skills and experience managing budget-related activities
  • Friendly, empathetic, and professional communication style
  • High adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of Belarusian labor law and experience handling employee relations cases
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, with the ability to analyze data and generate reports (e.g., Excel VLOOKUP).
