Export and Import Specialist

Core Responsibilities

Making contracts (with buyers and carriers), registration contracts in "ВЭД Декларант" & "ЕИСВО" system.

Making reports (on shipments, payments received under contracts, tracking goods in transit).

Arranging insurance for goods in transit.

Maintaining contacts with buyers, the EXIM team in Kokand and Indorama companies in Turkey and Indonesia.

Entering to the 1C planned shipments.

Making CO (Customer order) and DO (Dispatch report) in ERP System.

Booking vessels with a shipping line and drawing up a bill of lading.

Drafting shipping instructions (for EXIM Kokand).

LC shipment handling

Requirements:

Related field experience

Bachelor degree in Economics /Finance/Logistics

English is mandatory

Working hours - Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. till 18:00 p.m. Please send your CVs in English language
