I. General Requirements for Candidates:
- The candidate for the position of Deputy General Director for Production must have a higher education degree in engineering economics and agricultural machinery engineering, as well as at least 3–5 years of experience in managerial positions.
- Proven successful experience in managing large agricultural enterprises (as a manager, deputy manager, or department head).
- Experience in developing and promoting sustainable production strategies and business project policies related to production within the organizations they have worked for or managed.
- Knowledge of international regulatory and legal requirements in the implementation of large-scale projects involving foreign partners.
- Ability to analyze, modernize, and integrate technological processes and roadmaps in the production of agricultural machinery.
- Possession and implementation of international production standards such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 within the company.
- In-depth knowledge of the seasonality of various types of agricultural machinery.
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience in Cost Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises or related system organizations.
- Work experience in state-owned companies will be considered an advantage.

III. Assessment of Additional Knowledge and Skills:

IV. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop medium- and long-term production plans for the company.
- Identify deficiencies in production processes.
- Integrate modern equipment and technologies into production (such as welding robots, laser cutting machines, CNC machines, and painting line equipment).
- Develop advance planning for warehouse raw materials.
- Improve production logistics.
- Provide workforce planning forecasts to the HR department at least 3 months in advance.
- Analyze production monitoring data.
- Manage production workshops and effectively direct operational roadmaps.
- Modernize technological processes.
- Increase localization of agricultural machinery production to 35% or higher.
- Implement labor protection, occupational safety, and environmental protection standards in cooperation with relevant engineers.
