Finance Manager (DMC)

Key functional:

• Prepare and deliver financial reporting to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timeliness;
• Perform ongoing financial control over accounting records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable standards;
• Review financial data and make necessary adjustments and corrections to maintain integrity of financial statements;
• Develop, implement, and monitor internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and improve process reliability;
• Conduct budget vs actual variance analysis, providing clear explanations and actionable insights to management;
• Support decision-making through financial analysis and performance monitoring;
• Collaborate with accounting and operational teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial information;
• Assist in improving financial processes and strengthening overall control environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in finance or financial controlling over 3 years;
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and internal controls;
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking;
• Ability to work with large datasets and financial systems (ERP/Excel);
• Strong communication skills for interaction with stakeholders;
• Experience in international or multi-entity environments is an advantage;
• English is required;
• Willingness to relocate to Vietnam.
