FP&A Specialist (Finance Department)

We are looking for a detail-oriented FP&A Specialist with a strong focus on IFRS to join our team. This role combines financial planning and analysis with significant involvement in IFRS-based financial reporting and compliance.

The specialist will support monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities, ensuring the accuracy of financial data and compliance with IFRS standards. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to support data-driven business decisions.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Post journal entries and reconcile balances and turnover.
• Manage monthly financial reporting by transforming and reconciling data between statutory and management accounting systems, and tracking IFRS adjustments.
• Prepare IFRS financial statements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Gather and prepare data for monthly global statistical reports.
• Analyze financial statements and perform assessments to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting processes to align with business goals.

You're the perfect fit for this role, if you:

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Have 2+ years of experience in accounting, with knowledge of IFRS and management reporting considered an advantage.
• Possess working knowledge of 1C and SAP, with exposure to Tableau or PowerBI considered a plus.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Are able to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Have an upper-intermediate or higher level of English.
