Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations for the local Kazakhstan entity.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including timely filing of VAT and corporate income tax.
• Prepare and consolidate financial reports in Chinese for the Group headquarters.
• Handle banking transactions, foreign exchange, and expense reimbursements.
• Liaise with local banks, tax authorities, and auditors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of local accounting/finance experience in Kazakhstan.
• Proficiency in 1C Accounting software and IFRS/Local GAAP.
• Languages: Fluency in Chinese (for reporting to HQ) and Russian/Kazakh (for local compliance).

Conditions

• 13th-Month Salary: One additional month’s gross salary paid at the end of the year.
• Statutory benefits according to the Labor Code of Kazakhstan.
• Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (including 1-hour lunch break).
