Project Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to join our international team and support the delivery of IT projects for global markets and large corporate clients. This role is a great opportunity to grow in IT project coordination, gain hands-on experience, and work closely with a professional, multicultural team.

You will contribute to well-structured project processes and ensure smooth communication between teams and stakeholders. If you enjoy organizing workflows and want to develop in project management — we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do:

• Be part of a Project Management team delivering IT projects.

• Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, take and share meeting notes

• Track task progress and help ensure timely completion

• Communicate with development, QA and other project teams

• Gather, analyze and structure project-related information

• Prepare reports, documentation and presentation materials

• Monitor deadlines, risks and key project milestones

• Assist in communication with clients and stakeholders to keep everyone aligned
