Project manager (Fintech)

Requirements:

- More than 3 years relevant work experience;

- Preference to applicants with fintech project/ product development experience;

- Fluent written and spoken English (С1);

- Experience working with the European market is required.

Responsibilities:

- People management;

- Coordinate workload for team members, maintaining motivation and meeting deadlines;

- Active participation in periodical review;

- Provide feedback, define goals and sustain motivation;

- Work closely with Tech departments and Sales teams;

- Proactively make sure, that the roadmap is equally interpreted by all the involved parties;

- Plan, control and monitor deliverables;

- Resolve dependencies and manage risks Lead communication from kick-off through life cycle of the product/project;

- Analyse, argument changes and adjust development process;

- Manage the budget (make sure budget goals are met, initiate and discuss the changes if they need/appear);

- Experience in fintech will be a plus.
