Project Manager / Business Analyst B2B

About the role

This role combines Project Manager and Business Analyst responsibilities. You’ll own the delivery and overall success of the product — from requirements and planning to execution and client communication.

From our experience, this combination of skills works best for leading our products. It’s especially effective in small teams (5–7 people), where one person drives the process end-to-end.

Proficiency in English at a B2+ level is required.

You’ll do:

• Gather and structure requirements, manage the backlog

• Own the delivery process: scope, timelines, quality, and budget

• Lead communication with clients and stakeholders

• Keep the team focused and ensure steady progress

• Run demos, manage risks, and track project metrics

• Work with tools like Linear, Notion, Figma, Slack, Loom, AI tools (Claude, etc.)

• Propose and select optimal solutions to meet client needs

• Share knowledge within the team and across the company

• Report on key project metrics (“Iron triangle”), including invoice verification

• Participate in pre-sale activities

You’ll need:

• 2+ years of experience in PM / BA / Product / Delivery roles

• Good communication skills for working with clients in English (at least B2+)

• Confidence to take ownership and drive decisions

• Strong ownership mindset: driving delivery end-to-end and ensuring results

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to lead conversations, manage expectations, and build trust with clients

• Experience working with Agile (Scrum or Kanban)

• Ability to structure complex problems, define clear tasks, and track execution

• Ability to keep focus on priorities and avoid scope creep or distractions

• Strong analytical thinking; experience in modeling and visualizing processes/solutions

• Solid understanding of SDLC and web/mobile development

• Understanding of technologies (e.g. APIs, LLMs, analytics, no-code tools)

• Experience or interest in pre-sale activities (estimation, solution discussions with clients)
