Technical Project Manager (Data Engineering & Salesforce)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Project Manager to oversee and coordinate work across our Data Engineering and Salesforce Engineering teams. This role will act as the central point of coordination for project tracking, requirements management, and cross-team communication.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working with distributed technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Tracking & Delivery Management

●Own and maintain a centralized project tracker across both teams, including:
○ Project status (Upcoming, In Progress, Completed)
○ Assigned team members
○ Percent completion
○ Estimated completion dates
○ Current stage (Development, Review, Productionalization)

● Ensure tracker is consistently up-to-date and reflects real-time progress

● Identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks early

2. Requirements Documentation & Process Ownership

● Maintain and organize requirements documentation for all projects

● Collaborate with stakeholders to:
○ Refine and structure drafted requirements
○ Ensure clarity, completeness, and technical feasibility

● Establish and manage a standardized process for:
○ Creating requirements documents
○ Version control and updates
○ Distributing requirements to engineering teams

● Ensure engineers have clear, actionable specifications before work begins

3. Communication & Stakeholder Management

● Provide regular updates to leadership on:
○ Project progress
○ Key milestones
○ Risks and blockers

● Proactively escalate issues impacting timelines or quality

● Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams

● Coordinate across time zones to ensure alignment between Poland and Belarus teams

4. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

● Design and implement scalable workflows for:
○ Project intake and prioritization
○ Tracking and reporting
○ Requirements management

● Continuously improve team efficiency and visibility into project delivery

Qualifications
Required
● 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technical environments
● Experience working with distributed or offshore engineering teams
● Strong organizational and documentation skills
● Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred
● Experience working with Data Engineering or Salesforce teams
● Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or similar
● Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
● Experience creating or managing requirements documents (PRDs, BRDs, etc.)
