About the Role
You'll be working inside the real development process — planning sprints, managing tasks, removing blockers, and driving features all the way to delivery.
In the first stage, the focus is execution and delivery. Once you've built trust with the dev team and fully understand our processes, you'll start influencing product decisions too. Most PMs don't come through this path. That's exactly what makes it real growth.
Daily Responsibilities
— Run sprint planning and retrospectives, keep the backlog clean and prioritized
— Decompose tasks clearly for the dev team
— Track deadlines, identify risks early, resolve blockers fast
— Coordinate between design, backend, and frontend teams
— Report progress to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
— Maintain process documentation, specs, and delivery records
— Over time: participate in user requirements, metrics analysis, and feature prioritization
Requirements
— Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban
— Sprint planning and task tracking experience
— Proficiency with Jira, ClickUp, or similar tools
— Experience working directly with a development team
— Deadline and risk management skills
— Clear and structured communication
— Fluent in Uzbek and Russian (required for daily team communication)
Nice to Have
— Understanding of product analytics (funnels, retention, metrics)
— Ability to read user flows in Figma
— Background in Fintech, ERP, or B2B SaaS
— Experience conducting user interviews or CustDev sessions
Why This Role is Worth It
Project Manager → (3–6 months) → Product Manager
— You'll see how a product is built from scratch — not from slides
— You'll make a real impact on an ERP platform used across 150+ locations
— Direct work with the dev team means your technical fluency grows fast
— You'll be where decisions are made — minimal bureaucracy
— The growth path is concrete, not conditional: once you know the process, product ownership follows
