Be responsible for development and implementation of Santo portfolio strategy in Central Asia (KZ, UZ, KG, MN, TJ); be center of communication and source of information on portfolio across the organization, specifically for top management team;
Participate in the business unit strategy development, and specifically lead the identification and articulation of portfolio gaps and opportunities;
To drive market research, selected therapeutical areas analysis, conducting portfolio workshops to identify opportunities for new products in short and long term;
Evaluation of new product ideas (both internal and external), together with the commercial team preparation of forecasts for identified opportunities for Central Asia;
Development of Business Cases / full analysis of potential launches including risk/success factor identification and creation of action plans; lead BC approval process on local and regional level with Global portfolio team;
Working with marketing, registration, R&D, finance, supply chain and other departments, global portfolio, global project management teams as well as key stakeholders to ensure perfectalignment and timing for portfolio approval process;
Current portfolio life cycle management, proposal on optimization and areas for improvement.
Support annual budgeting process - inputs, planning, prioritization and alignment;
Conduct and coordinate special strategic projects and initiatives for Central Asia to ensure proper planning, alignment of involved functions and execution.
Requirements:
University degree in business (economics / finance / business management);
Alternatively - university degree in natural sciences. MBA degree is a plus.
Critical thinking, excellent analytical skills, business acumen, strategic thinking, data-driven decisions skills and comfort dealing with ambiguity;
At least 3 years work experience in line with high norms of ethical standards;
English - fluency;
Desire for development in pharmaceutical industry;
Knowledge of regional pharmaceutical market, of its conditions/environment, features and specificity, general information in medical and pharmaceutical sectors;
Knowledge of pharmaceutical products P&L, financial modeling and scenario analysis;
Advanced user of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word, experience with IQVIA and other databases;
Project management skills, demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams;
High-energy team player with excellent communication skills, personal accountability for results.
