Senior Manager of Participants Support plays a key role in supporting AIFC participants, strengthening the AIFC ecosystem, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey. We are seeking a proactive, client‑oriented Senior Manager to support high‑priority participant cases, coordination efforts, community development initiatives, and data‑driven enhancement of the AIFC ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to prospective and existing AIFC participants on registration, post‑registration processes, and regulatory requirements, focusing on strategic and high‑priority cases.
- Facilitate communication between participants, internal departments, AFSA, and ecosystem partners to resolve inquiries effectively.
- Support onboarding of strategically important clients, including coordination with Ancillary Service Providers (ASPs).
- Strengthen the AIFC ecosystem through engagement with financial institutions, professional services firms, and ASP companies.
- Contribute to AIFC ecosystem initiatives such as community events, educational sessions, and participant engagement activities.
- Support the organization of the Annual AIFC Awards and other major ecosystem events.
- Coordinate AIFC Participants Working Groups to enhance collaboration across the ecosystem.
- Participate in developing ecosystem digital platforms by collecting business requirements and working with IT teams.
- Collect and analyze feedback from participants and ASPs to support service improvements.
- Represent AIFC at external events, conferences, and outreach activities.
- Prepare analytical materials, presentations, and reports to support management decisions and ecosystem initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Corporate Communications on informational and promotional content.
- Support ecosystem development initiatives and partnerships with ecosystem stakeholders.
- Ensure effective stakeholder engagement to enhance client experience and service delivery.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Chief Client Officer to support departmental objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal, Economics, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications in Compliance, Risk Management, Consulting, Finance, or AML are an advantage.
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience in finance, consulting, or related fields.
- Fluency in English, Russian, and Kazakh; Chinese preferred; additional languages an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or database systems.
- Strong ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
