Who we are looking for

We’re looking for an experienced System Administrator to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. If you enjoy solving technical challenges, supporting users, and working in a dynamic environment — we’d love to hear from you.

We offer the option to start remotely, with relocation after successfully completing the trial period.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage incoming tickets and prioritize tasks to ensure timely resolution
  • Provide user support (on-site and remote), troubleshooting technical issues
  • Perform regular system and application updates
  • Procure IT equipment and conduct audits to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Maintain office hardware and provide ongoing user support
  • Monitor and manage backup systems, antivirus software, and security tools
  • Use network diagnostic tools to resolve connectivity issues
  • Implement and maintain network security (firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection systems)

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience as a System Administrator (MacOS-focused)
  • Experience supporting VoIP systems
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Mattermost, Slack, or similar
  • Strong knowledge of backup systems and antivirus solutions
  • Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
  • Proficiency with email platforms (Outlook, Gmail, etc.)
  • Experience managing office IT infrastructure and hardware
  • Solid understanding of network security best practices
  • Strong communication skills and good English (required)
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
  • Good English is a must

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Atlassian tools, CRM, or HRM systems
  • Linux administration experience
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, ServiceDesk)
