What you’ll actually do
• Run discovery calls and quickly understand if there is a real deal or not
• Translate what we build into clear business value (revenue, efficiency, cost reduction)
• Drive conversations with founders and senior stakeholders without relying on scripts
• Build and move deals forward — not just “follow up”
• Handle objections around price, complexity, and implementation
• Structure deals (scope, phases, positioning of product vs custom work)
• Work directly with product and delivery to shape what we sell
Requirements
• Experience closing deals, not just generating leads
• Ability to run calls independently and control the conversation
• Strong written and spoken English (C1+)

• You’ve sold products (SaaS / AI / technical solutions), not just agency hours
• You know how to qualify — you don’t push weak deals forward
• You can explain technical products in simple business terms
• You’re comfortable in conversations where the answer is not obvious
• You don’t need micromanagement — you move things forward yourself
