Chief Operating Officer (COO)

About the Role

Yellow Way is looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will be responsible for building and scaling operational processes in the company. The COO will work closely with the leadership team to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies for company growth

• Scale business operations and improve internal processes

• Automate and optimize operational workflows

• Coordinate activities across departments

• Monitor operational performance and efficiency

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the company

Requirements

• Must be a citizen of Uzbekistan

• Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping or courier service industry

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Ability to build and optimize operational systems

• Languages: English, Russian, Uzbek (Tajik is a plus)
