Deloitte is looking for a Reporting Specialist and Archivist to join the Internal Services Department in Tashkent.

Responsibilities:

  • Format client financial statements in accordance with Deloitte formatting standards;
  • Print and bind formatted financial statements;
  • Issue financial statements and record the issue date in an official log;
  • Work with the Deloitte Kazakhstan Reporting Team and act as cover for it when needed;
  • Monitor the supply of reporting inventories, such as covers and binding supplies, and order replacements when required;
  • Archive audit files and ensure that they are registered properly;
  • Locate audit files in the archive system and retrieve them from the physical archive;
  • Ensure that all audit files submitted for archiving are complete and correct; and as far as possible submitted on time;
  • Work with the archiving and storage contractor to ensure overflow audit files are handed to them in good time and correctly;
  • Draft the relevant paperwork to ensure old audit files are destroyed correctly when required;
  • Work with the Kazakhstan Archiving Team to ensure process centralization and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Good Microsoft Word and general computer skills;
  • Good administrative and communication skills;
  • Good knowledge of Russian and English (spoken and written);
  • The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment;
  • A higher education;
  • Work experience is preferable, but not required.
