We are currently looking for a proactive and driven Sales Engineer to join our team and support the growth of our equipment business.

Your Mission

Maximize the market share through direct sales, supporting existing sales channels and assisting in the development of new ones. This is a result-oriented job which involves providing professional and effective value-based selling and product & application knowledge with the aim of increasing revenues of Oil-Free divisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Detect sales potentials through updated territory management and customer visits. Develop sales potentials through technical and commercial guidance.

  • Maintain good market knowledge over product portfolio: price, competition strategies, product positioning and sales channels. Keep track of market shares.

  • Manage distributor´s network to achieve yearly targets.

  • Study new niches in order to stimulate demand of our products. Propose entry strategies and support in the execution. Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer contract towards agreed business aims, Inc costs and sales- especially managing personal time and productivity.

  • Support sales through undertaking site surveys and providing technical advice to both existing and potential customers. Maintain regular contact with all customers especially key accounts. Develop and maintain good customer relations. . Communicate and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.

  • Attend sales meetings and ensure that all subsequent action required is undertaken. Develop and deliver presentations to enhance company image and increase sales.

  • Attend to training and develop relevant knowledge and skills.

Skills and experience:
  • Strong knowledge of the local industrial market, ability to work with numbers.
  • English (upper intermediate).
  • Professional user of MS office.
  • University degree (technical background preferable).
  • Capability to learn; ability to work alone and within team. Good presentation and time management skills.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
