Procurement and Contracts Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Participation in tenders and prequalification processes
• Working with vendors, including verification of product authenticity and certificates
• Preparation and administration of contracts, specifications, and purchase orders
• Creation and maintenance of purchase orders (PO), and control over their execution
• Communication with suppliers regarding delivery terms, timelines, and documentation
• Review of commercial proposals for compliance with requirements
• Control of delivery timelines, order statuses, and accuracy of terms
• Verification of invoices and closing documents for compliance with contract terms
• Maintenance of registers of contracts, orders, and suppliers
• Support of the internal contract approval process
• Collection and updating of supplier data
• Coordination with the accounting department on payments and document flow
• Support of the procurement team in operational and administrative tasks
• Preparation of reports for management, analysis of results, and proposals for improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or a related technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or contract administration
• Hands-on experience in international procurement, including coordination with overseas suppliers and deliveries
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Fluent English is required
