Senior Consultant (Transfer Pricing Group)

As a Senior Consultant in the Transfer Pricing team at EY, you will work on projects for large international and local clients, help them structure intra-group transactions, ensure compliance with global TP regulations, and support them during tax audits. The role combines analytical work, communication with clients, project management and participation in business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and economic analyses of intra-group transactions.

• Perform benchmarking studies using specialized TP databases.

• Prepare transfer pricing documentation (Local File, Master File, Country-by-Country elements).

• Develop financial and economic models to support TP calculations.

• Advise clients on transfer pricing implications of business restructuring and new transaction flows.

• Participate in the design and review of TP policies and methodologies.

• Support clients during TP audits and negotiations with tax authorities.

• Manage day-to-day project workflows and ensure timely delivery.

• Coordinate junior team members and review their analytical work.

• Communicate with clients: clarify requests, present findings, explain methodologies.

• Assist managers and partners in preparing proposals and developing business opportunities.

• Contribute to thought leadership: prepare internal reports, presentations, industry reviews.

• Participate in practice development, training and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Higher education in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields.

• 4+ years of experience in transfer pricing

• Experience in Big4 is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Technical Skills

• Practical experience with transfer pricing analyses and benchmarks.

• Advanced Excel skills; experience with analytical tools/databases is a plus.

• Strong research and analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex concepts clearly.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Team-player attitude with leadership potential.

• English — Upper-Intermediate+ (ability to work with English documentation and communicate with clients).
