Manage the full recruitment process for positions at different levels;
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define roles and find the right candidates;
Source candidates through multiple channels and maintain talent pipelines;
Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates’ skills;
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience;
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes;
Maintain candidate data in ATS/CRM systems;
Support HR initiatives and occasionally mentor junior recruiters.
Higher education in HR, Management, Marketing, or related field;
English — B2 or higher (spoken and written);
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in international or logistics companies;
Experience in full-cycle recruitment and competency-based interviews;
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Boolean search, etc.);
Data-driven mindset and ability to track recruitment metrics;
Excellent communication skills and focus on candidate experience;
Organized, proactive, and collaborative; willingness to support team growth.
