Role Purpose
Efes is looking for a Recruiter for support end-to-end hiring across multiple regions. The role focuses on closing both office-based and field positions, ensuring high recruitment standards, strong stakeholder alignment and consistent candidate experience. This position operates in a fast-paced and requires strong ownership, structured communication and confident English proficiency to collaborate with HR Business Partner, Hiring Managers and international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment aligned with Efes hiring principles: intake meetings and role clarification with Hiring Managers; proactive sourcing and talent pipeline development; CV screening and structured interviewing; coordination of interview stages and hiring decisions; Deliver timely closure of office and field roles across several regions
- Apply structured assessment approaches; experience with Competency-Based Interviewing (CBI) is a strong advantage
- Build trusted partnerships with HR Business Partner and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity of expectations and transparent communication
- Maintain accurate recruitment tracking, reporting and process discipline
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience in line with Efes employer brand standards
- Manage day-to-day interaction with outsourcing partners, ensuring alignment on hiring priorities, timelines, quality of delivery and adherence to Efes recruitment processes
- Act as a focal point between Efes and external vendors to support smooth recruitment execution
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- 2–3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within FMCG, Sales, Retail or high-volume hiring environments
- Proven experience closing both office and field roles
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies across regions simultaneously
- Strong sourcing capability and structured evaluation mindset
- Experience working with outsourcing partners or agency models is preferred
- English - Upper-Intermediate or higher (mandatory)
- Kazakh, Russian - fluent
