Sales Department Supervisor

A modern 4-star hotel is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Department Supervisor to strengthen our commercial team. We are seeking a strong coordinator who combines analytical thinking with leadership skills and a focus on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs

Supervise and coordinate the Sales team’s daily activities

Analyze performance indicators (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, conversion rate)

Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and partners

Prepare commercial proposals and conduct negotiations

Control accounts receivable and payment follow-ups

Participate in sales strategy development to increase occupancy and revenue

Requirements:

Proven experience in hospitality sales

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Leadership and organizational abilities

Results-oriented mindset and high level of responsibility

Confident Excel user
