Senior Account Manager

Nauchsoft is an international IT consulting and software development company. We have been in the IT business for 36 years and continue growing.

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager. This role is prospective and has been created in line with the company’s planned team expansion.

We are looking for candidates to fill the Account Manager position within a well-established IT Services Company with offices in the USA, the UAE, and the EU. Your responsibility will be managing a diverse and growing base of accounts worldwide.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in sales, business development, or account management in IT;
• Account management and relationship-building skills;
• Education background in the areas of business, economics, or technology is a plus;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English/Russian;
• High level of discipline and attention to detail;
• Experience working in the healthcare domain is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and strengthening existing relationships with clients;
• New sales to existing clients;
• On-going issues solving (performance, personnel, contractual issues), orchestrating relationships between a client and internal teams;
• Payment control, contract tracking.
