Lead Generation Group Manager

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage the lead generation team, track and assign tasks.
• Analyze metrics, oversee the fulfillment of strategic goals and KPIs.
• Initiate and launch new outreach campaigns using our tool set.
• Optimize our lead gen processes, investigate new tools.
• Team motivation and engagement. Monthly planning and reporting.
• Leverage AI tools and platforms.

Required skills and expertise

• 4+ years of experience in lead generation.
• Development of LinkedIn, email, and event outreach strategies.
• Multi-channel campaigns development.
• Design and implementation of tailored outreach strategies.
• Experience using AI tools, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, data enrichment platforms.
• 2+ years of team management experience. Building and fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams.
