Product Marketing Manager
Industry Consulting Service (ICS) is a Microsoft Partner and trusted provider of ERP and CRM development and consulting services, specializing in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Alongside our services business, we develop a portfolio of Dynamics 365 add-on products that help customers optimize transportation, warehouse, and supply chain processes.
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of the go-to-market strategy for our Dynamics 365 solutions across international markets. In this role, you will work closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to build product marketing foundations, shape positioning, support product roadmaps, and drive product adoption through focused, data-driven marketing initiatives.
What you will do
Take ownership of product marketing for our Dynamics 365 add-on solutions;
Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for existing products and future releases;
Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to shape positioning and identify opportunities;
Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions for different customer segments and markets;
Own product content across digital channels (website, LinkedIn, sales materials);
Lead the creation of product-focused marketing content, including technical blog posts, white papers, case studies, and solution briefs;
Run marketing initiatives across key channels (LinkedIn, email, SEO – with room to expand);
Create sales enablement materials (presentations, brochures, flyers, etc.);
Gradually build a partner ecosystem within the Dynamics 365 community, including reseller and referral relationships with other ISVs;
Collect customer feedback and translate insights into marketing and product improvements.
What we are looking for
3+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, or a similar role;
Experience working with B2B IT products (ERP / CRM / SaaS experience is a strong plus);
Hands-on experience supporting product launches or go-to-market initiatives;
Ability to work with technical teams and translate product capabilities into clear business value;
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (LinkedIn, email, SEO; PPC is a plus);
Structured, proactive mindset and ability to take ownership in an environment with limited existing processes;
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create high-quality marketing content, and confidence working with Sales, Product, and customers;
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
