Accounts Payable Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our Accounting Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing outgoing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the company’s financial control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process company payments accurately and on time

• Record and monitor outgoing financial transactions

• Prepare financial reports related to payables

• Reconcile vendor accounts

• Maintain proper documentation of invoices and payment confirmations

• Support internal financial control procedures

Key Requirements:

• Good English communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• 3–6 months of relevant accounting experience

• IELTS certification preferred
